Cynthia has been studying the lectures and applying the concepts of the Pathwork to her daily life since 1993. She has also contributed her administrative skills to support the vision of the community here in Ottawa for the last eight years and has recently graduated from Helpership studies in Vermont. She is currently apprenticing as a Helper here in Ottawa, working with individuals, assisting in workshops and co-leading an ongoing lecture study group. Cynthia is also trained in Somatic Integration, Shiatsu, Reiki, and Acupuncture and has worked in the alternative health field since the early 90s. As well she is trained in Sacred Circle Dancing, holding her own circle for 4 years and has started to combine Sacred Circle Dance and the Pathwork teachings to bring a unique way for participants to learn the Pathwork concepts. Cynthia's passion is in building relationship and community; she brings a dynamic blend of all of these modalities into her practice to support the organic process with both groups and individuals.
