Jean has been studying and living the Pathwork for more than a decade. She is currently an apprentice Pathwork Helper in Ottawa, teaching Pathwork Lecture Study classes, assisting with group leadership and offering individual Pathwork sessions. Jean comes to the Pathwork from a long career in education. She also has training in Psychosynthesis and, currently, Somatic Experiencing, a method to effectively and gently address emotional trauma. She is married and a mother of two adult daughters and stepmother to two adult sons. Jean likes to hike, canoe and ski and is a hospice volunteer and a singer. Music and lyrics/poetry often provide a personal deep inner connection for Jean and it is her joy to facilitate groups in which to share this with others. For a photo of her, please click here.
