The Pathwork^® is an approach based on a sizeable body of teachings published by the Pathwork Foundation, which has both its principal office and its publishing division (the Pathwork Press) in Virginia.

While individual Pathwork sessions outwardly resemble mainstream psychotherapy sessions, the Pathwork approach addresses both the psychological/psychotherapeutic and the spiritual levels.  In our work together we use whatever parts of the approach are most appropriate for where you are in your life right now.  There is no requirement to accept and hold any particular religious beliefs, and there is no obligation to pursue any spiritual path, or use any particular spiritual practices.

A particular strength of the Pathwork approach is that it enables you to work between sessions, providing a sense of personal empowerment, speeding your progress, and reducing the number of sessions that you would otherwise need.
