Another of the Pathwork's particular strengths is its effectiveness in helping people deal with the darker and more negative sides of the self and of life.

The approach emphasizes bringing as much as possible to consciousness.  The more we can bring issues and feelings to consciousness, the more we are able to make conscious choices about them -- enabling us to take more effective charge of ourselves and our lives.

While I recommend that individual work be done in-person whenever possible, I also work at a distance with people in other parts of the country.  I use a combination of email, mail, and telephone communications for this purpose.

The Pathwork^® also lends itself to group work, and I offer Pathwork groups on a regular basis.  Pathwork lecture study groups offer an effective way of working with the Pathwork teachings in a group of like-minded and compatible people.
